SCRIMMAGES:

1. Not all players will attend both scrimmages. 
2. This is to promote balanced game play for evaluation purposes.  
3. This will be based on the evaluations, as determined by Max Analytics, from the prior sessions:  Skill and Scrimmage, as applicable.​​​​​​​
4. ​​​​​​​The date and time of the scrimmage(s) will be determined and sent to each player at the conclusion of the skill sessions for each age group.  However, the sessions times and dates will be already posted on the website for your planning purposes.  It will be confirmed to you if you are participating or not by email, shortly after the skill sessions have been completed.  IDCMHA will provide as much notice as possible.

EVALUATION REGISTRATION:
IDCMHA will assume all players registered for the season will attend evaluations. 

1. Players will be randomly assigned to groups through Max Analytics within their age group and assigned specific ice times. 
2. Ice times/groups be emailed to you directly and posted on our website.   Parents are advised to be available during the dates indicated.
3. Based on the registered numbers of players, it's possible there will be multiple groups within each age category.
4. Players are asked to arrive a min. of 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
5. At check-in, players will be assigned a random jersey at each session and all players will be required to return the jersey after the session.

GOALIES:

1. Evaluations are for U11 and up.
2. Goalies willm be assigned to specific skill and scrimmage session(s). 
3. There will be a goalie only session
   
   

OPT-OUT FROM EVALUATIONS:
If you wish to opt-out, please contact Development Rep to withdraw from participating.  If withdrawing, the player/goalie will be automatically placed on "C" team and will be ineligible for the "A" or "B" team(s), as determined for the age group each season.

SPECTATORS:
All spectators will not be granted access to the ice surface area during evaluations.  All spectators will be allowed to observe from the upstairs viewing area.
